DARK CHOCOLATE SALTY CRUNCH SMOOTHIE

While fruit smoothies are healthy and delicious, sometimes they can contain a lot of unnecessary sugar. Control your blood sugar in the morning and boost your metabolism and thyroid with this chocolatey breakfast beverage. Plus, this smoothie has a whopping 30 grams of protein which will keep you full and energized throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp organic almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients (except protein powder) in a blender.

2. Then, add in protein powder separately and blend until smooth. Do not over blend the protein powder!
