INTRODUCING ENLIGHTENED HEALTH
Allison our Holistic Nutritionist is running this program for 60 days!
Summer is upon us, but we want you to prioritize your health and wellness. This program is a great way to gain education and accountability to keep you on track for the next 60 days. If you just finished the 4 weeks to Wellness program it is the continuation so you have time to solidify habits and gain 1:1 support as you do it. You do not have to have the 4 week program completed to start the Enlightened Health program.
The path to wellness involves support, knowledge, simplicity and accountability. Enlightened Health offers all of this.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
1.ZOOM KICK OFF
A 30 minute zoom call with the group will kick things off on Monday, June 28thth at 12pm. This call will help set goals and get you motivated for the 60 days ahead.
2. WEEKLY EMAILS
One email each week with education and action items will arrive in your inbox. You will be able to get ready to put things into action. We will cover hormones, blood sugar balance, nutrition principles, stress, sleep and mindset.
3. WEEKLY 1:1 CALL
A 15 minute 1:1 each week will offer accountability, a time to answer any questions and will keep you moving forward with your goals. When you join Allison and you will book 7 calls so the time is scheduled in advance. (No calls week of August 2nd)
Recipes will be shared each month to help keep things fresh in the kitchen!
