Holistic Nutrition looks at the whole individual; physical, mental, emotional, and environmental. We evaluate the patient’s complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and diet to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.

Allison Madigan, graduate of the Edison Institute of Nutrition has a strong belief in the power of food and proper nutrition to keep us in optimal health and prevent disease. Her mission is to empower people to make healthy and mindful decisions for themselves to achieve their optimal health and wellness.
Meet & Meal plan
45-minute meeting – get to know more about you, your current health, eating habits and any challenges you are facing. We will also discuss the goals they have and then put together a one-week meal plan that best suits your needs -it will include a grocery list, meal prep guide, and recipes for all meals and snacks.
Four Week Nutrition Coaching
This four-week program includes one 30-minute appointment (phone call), and three 15-minute appointments. The program includes diet, detox, hormone and weight loss information.
Other nutrition packages are available as well. We have 15-60-minute sessions, 4 and 5-week programs.
