Stephanie Di Poce, BA Kin, MScPT
Stephanie is a registered physiotherapist and practices both Pelvic Health and Orthopaedic physiotherapy. She completed her Honours Bachelor in Kinesiology at The University of Western Ontario followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at The University of Toronto in 2013. Stephanie is rostered with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform internal pelvic exams and treatments. She treats a variety of pelvic conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, and perinatal care.
Stephanie utilizes a holistic approach to care and believes in the power of education and therapeutic movement to help heal the body. She endeavours to empower her clients in achieving their own wellbeing and optimal function. Stephanie is passionate about women’s health particularly fitness, sexual health, and stress management and incorporates these into her approach with her clients.
Outside of physiotherapy Stephanie enjoys playing tennis, spinning & strength training, engaging in yoga and meditation practices, reading, and hiking with her dog.
