45-minute meeting – get to know more about you, your current health, eating habits and any challenges you are facing. We will also discuss the goals they have and then put together a one-week meal plan that best suits your needs -it will include a grocery list, meal prep guide, and recipes for all meals and snacks.
This package includes an initial 45-minute meeting followed by three 30 minute appointments.
This package would be perfect for those who want to work together long term to implement some changes and if they have specific health concerns to address i.e.) food sensitivities, stress, IBS, fatigue, digestive issues. You will also receive email support from the time of the first appointment to the end of the package.
