Raspberry Chia Coconut Water

As the weather heats up we need a refreshing drink.  This is a delicious hydrator!

1 cup water
3 cups coconut water
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice

-Stir water & chia seeds together and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken
-Add chia mixture, coconut water, raspberries and lemon juice to a blender and blend 
-Enjoy!
