This festive red and white dish is a perfect addition to any Summer festivities you might be attending!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain goat yogurt or 0% greek yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 –1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Splash of water or milk
Directions:
1.Mix the yogurt and protein powder together and put in the bottom of a cup.
2. Blend together the banana, strawberries, almond butter, flaxseeds, cinnamon and splash of water or milk. You want this to be the consistency of a soft serve Ice-cream. You really only want a splash to help you blend it up, too much and it won’t be thick enough.
3. Put the strawberry soft serve on top of the yogurt and sprinkle some berries and grain free granola on top if desired
