Make your own Burger Bowl recipe:
(You can use the meat of your choice between grass fed beef, beyond meat, chicken, or turkey)
1. Pan fry garlic and onions
2. In a mixing bowl, combine one pound ground meat, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and Franks red hot, and mix with your hands. If it’s too runny, add gluten free or regular bread crumbs, then cook up four patties
3. Cut up two patties, add them to a bowl, and add your favourite burger toppings, such as shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, Cajun mayo, mustard, etc. Swiss cheese is your best low fat, high protein option
