Guilt Free Peanut Butter Cookies

These are my new favourite guilt free treats. Thanks to Tracy Harper – check her out on Instagram @HarperHealthandWellness

Super simple and ready in just a few minutes.

1 cup of organic peanut butter (or other nut butter if you prefer)

1 egg

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp of vanilla (or more if you prefer)

1/3 cup of coconut sugar – add more if you want sweeter

Dark chocolate chips – optional but SO delicious…as many or as few as you would like

Mix everything together then roll into little balls and press down with a fork. Bake for 8-12 min (depends on size of cookie) at 350 F.

Cool and enjoy 🙂
