1 handful kale or spinach
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla milk substitute of your choice
Dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 serving fiber supplement
1 serving vanilla protein powder
Place all ingredients (except protein powder) in your blender and blend until smooth. Add protein powder and blend quickly. Pour into a glass
