Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree 

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup plain 2% Greek Yogurt 

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

1 teaspoon cinnamon  

Nutmeg to taste 

1 serving fiber supplement 

1/4 cup of ice

1 serving vanilla protein   

Add all ingredients to blender EXCEPT protein powder. Blend well. At the end add the protein powder and quickly mix but do not over blend.

Protein: 31.6 g  Carb: 26.5 g  Fat: 13.4g Fiber: 8 g
