Roasted Chicken Breast Detox Meal

as seen in The Supercharged Hormone Diet

This is a meal for detoxification week one , grain free and potato free.


2 skinless chicken breast

10 asparagus spears

2 roma tomatoes, diced

extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 tsp dried rosemary

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/4 cup low sodium chicken stock

Preheat oven to 400°f . Place the chicken, asparagus, and tomatoes in a medium sized baking or casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper, rosemary and thyme. Pour the chicken stock over the chicken and cover and foil. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.

Enjoy with a side salad or baked squash/cauliflower rice or mash.
