Turmeric latte

A perfect drink for a cold winter’s day with loads of anti-inflammatory benefits, support for gut health and brain function.

1 cup non-dairy milk (coconut milk is my preference)

¾-1 tsp. ground turmeric (start with less and build up)

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. coconut butter

½ tsp. fresh grated ginger

Dash of pepper

Blend it all in high speed blender or you can also make it in a pot on the stove.
